Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW-R. Licensed by NYS as a psychotherapist with 32 years expertise in individuals, group, family and corporate interventions. Three advanced degrees and admission to multiple professional agencies and certifications. I am proud of the great number of clients I have helped and the quality of life improvements I have facilitated

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an excellent listener; asking probing but non-invasive queries; each session is reviewed at the end for your satisfaction and agreement with goals (reached and unreached) of the meeting and recapped for areas addressed. As I give homework we will determine what out-of-the-office issues you will work on during the interim between sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Warm, insightful, solution-focused therapy; thought provoking homework assignments;

Brian's style is
