Great to meet you!

I work with clients to help them find the present moment, and to find peace within themselves. Your experiences have shaped you, but they don't define you. What has come before doesn't determine your future path. Let's work together to retell your story.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in complex trauma and childhood trauma, and other experiences that keep you feeling stuck, using approaches like EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, breath work and sand tray. I'm also a trained yoga teacher and sometimes incorporate movement into sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for me to learn about you and the changes you'd like to make, and for you to learn about me, and what it will be like for us to work together. You'll also meet Oskar, a 7-year-old dachshund and certified therapy dog, who does wonders for bringing comfort and calm.
