I'm a board-certified counselor who specializes in anxiety, phobias, OCD, trauma, and more. I have worked in a variety of settings from community-based counseling, higher-levels of care, and group practice. I also come with a ton of life experience.

I take a collaborative approach with each client whether you are processing your emotions through talk therapy or participating in exposure therapy, I would with you to help you reach your goals in a way that benefits you.
