Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my page! I am here to help you achieve your goals. I have a Master's in Arts in Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to view a person through a holistic lens recognizing the intricate parts that work together that create our current situation. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that focuses on their goals. I view myself as the person who has the tools and expertise on how to use the tools, but the client is the one who decides what they want to build.

What you can expect from our first session

During sessions we will explore what brought us to the current situation. We will then create short term and long term goals to get through the current situation. Then we will learn skills and work through vulnerabilities to prevent the situation from arising again.
