Great to meet you!

I'm a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and I have been practicing for over 3 years. I graduated from Walden University with an MSN degree in 2021. I have compassion for all people regardless of age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. I have experience in treating a variety of psychiatric conditions.

My approach to therapy

I provide treatment to clients between the ages of 6 to 65 and treatment includes both medication management and therapy. I also utilize a holistic approach that includes emphasis not only on medication management and talk therapy but also nutrition and exercise. I'm skilled at providing treatment in difficult cases. I work hard to build rapport with individuals and pride myself on my ability to formulate effective treatment plans that are individualized based on my clients' current needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be heard during their sessions, and I will collaborate with them to develop a treatment plan that includes both medication management and talk therapy. Most of my clients' report feeling better after their sessions with me as sessions include not only medication management but talk therapy.
