Great to meet you!

Maybe you're exhausted from arguing with your partner about the same things, losing your temper and regretting it later, or feeling like no one in your family really understands you. You may look like you have everything together while privately dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive thoughts, or experiences from your past that still affect how you react today. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to understand why these patterns keep happening and, more importantly, how to change them. For couples, I also help with communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust, feeling emotionally disconnected, and learning how to feel like partners again instead of opponents. Whatever brings you here, you won't be judged for where you are or how you got there.

My approach to therapy

I believe you know your life better than anyone, so my role isn't to sit across from you and tell you how you should live it. Instead, we'll get curious about what's underneath the anger, anxiety, sadness, or relationship patterns that keep showing up and identify what needs to change. Sometimes that means challenging the thoughts that keep you stuck, understanding how past experiences influence you today, or learning how to communicate without every disagreement turning into a fight. With couples and families, we'll pay attention to what happens between you in real time so we can replace unhealthy patterns with healthier ones. My goal is for our conversations to lead to changes you can actually feel in your relationships, your confidence, and your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to walk into your first session knowing exactly what's wrong or how to fix it. We'll start by talking about what's been happening, what's bothering you most, and what you would like to be different in your life or relationships. I'll also want to understand what's going well because your strengths are just as important as the problems that brought you here. If you're coming as a couple or family, everyone will have an opportunity to feel heard without the session becoming about deciding who's right or wrong. By the end, we'll have a clearer understanding of what's keeping you stuck and a practical direction for what we'll work on together.
