Great to meet you!

help teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult and overwhelming experiences.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and holistic, recognizing that healing involves caring for the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward greater healing and emotional well-being.

Whether you are coping with trauma you have experienced firsthand or the effects of secondary trauma, you don’t have to navigate the journey alone. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward greater hope, resilience, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, supportive partnership. My role is to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes that matter. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and practice tools that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and hopeful. I’ll always meet you where you are, moving at a pace that feels comfortable while gently encouraging growth when you’re ready.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and start understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll complete a thorough assessment to explore your experiences, current challenges, strengths, and the areas where you would most like support.

Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and personalized to your needs, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.

It’s completely understandable to feel nervous or uncertain about starting therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say before you arrive. Our first step is simply a conversation. I’ll answer your questions, help you feel comfortable with the therapy process, and work with you to develop a plan that supports your goals.

Most importantly, you’ll have a voice in the process every step of the way.
