Great to meet you!

Welcome — My name is Brian. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 27 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most effective counseling happens when clients feel genuinely understood. My priority is getting to know who you are, how you think, and what matters most to you.

My approach is collaborative and down‐to‐earth. I don’t sit back and observe — I partner with you! Together, we identify what’s getting in the way and build practical, meaningful steps toward the version of yourself you want to become.

With decades of clinical and academic experience behind me, I draw from a wide range of tools and perspectives. More importantly, I bring a steady, compassionate presence that helps people feel safe, supported, and confident as they move forward.

My approach to therapy

I guide clients along a path of real change. As we work together, I’ll challenge you to break the habits and patterns that keep you feeling stuck, while helping you build new ones that move you forward. Therapy, to me, is both a process of self‐understanding and ongoing education — a place where insight becomes action and growth becomes possible.

My role is to walk beside you, push when needed, support when it matters, and help you see the strengths you may have forgotten you have.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our work to feel safe, steady, and genuinely supportive. As we move through the process, you’ll begin to take hold of practical tools that help you heal the parts of yourself that need more care and attention. Over time, those tools become your own — guiding you toward clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of personal strength
