Great to meet you!

Meet Brian, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, crisis, emotional challenges, and personal growth. I am devoted to assisting individual map out a clear and confident way forward. My passion (mojo) is helping people understand their resistance to change and discover a path forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m an engaged therapist — someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and works alongside you to create meaningful change. My style is practical, supportive, and grounded in real‐world strategies that help you feel and function better.

I draw from decades of clinical practice and teaching, blending evidence‐based approaches with a genuine, compassionate presence. My goal is simple: to help you feel understood, empowered, and capable of building the life you want.

Let’s begin the work together!

My approach to therapy

I guide clients along a path of real change. As we work together, I’ll challenge you to break the habits and patterns that keep you stuck, while helping you build insight as to how to move forward. Therapy is both a process of self‐understanding and ongoing education — a place where insight becomes action and growth becomes possible.

My role is to walk beside you, push when needed, support when it matters, and help you realize the strengths you may have forgotten you have.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our work to feel safe, steady, and genuinely supportive. As we move through the process, you’ll begin to take hold of practical tools that help you heal the parts of yourself that need more care and attention. Over time, those tools become your own — guiding you toward clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of personal strength
