Great to meet you!

About

I help adults and seniors who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by trauma, anxiety, grief, or major life changes. Many of my clients have been carrying more than they can manage alone, and they’re looking for a calm, steady therapist who can help them feel grounded again.

My approach is trauma‐informed, warm, and practical. I help you understand what’s happening inside your mind and body, build regulation skills, and reconnect with strengths you may have forgotten you have. Sessions move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with a focus on clarity, stability, and relief.

I offer in‐person sessions in Port Orange and telehealth across Florida. I accept Aetna and typically have same‐week availability. If you’re ready for support or simply need someone in your corner, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Trauma‐informed, CBT‐informed, mindfulness‐based, supportive therapy, nervous‐system‐aware, paced for safety and stability.

What you can expect from me

A grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to rebuild your sense of control. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools, emotional clarity, and a therapist who genuinely has your back.
