Great to meet you!

After 15 years in tech marketing, I went to the University of Texas at Arlington to earn my Master's in Social Work. Upon graduation, I worked toward my clinical license at a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program. Here, I worked with clients with severe mental health problems to find stability and gain the tools necessary to find success in life after program. This setting allowed me to work across the full spectrum of mental health issues, specifically with mood and personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, psychosis, and other high-acuity issues.

My approach to therapy

I tend to be solution-oriented and lean on a variety of evidence-backed modalities to support you in the most effective ways. I lead with warmth and empathy while also pushing and challenging when appropriate. I create an affirming and safe space for all patients.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to treatment and explore any goals you have. We will discuss what approaches work best for you so our time together can be productive and so I can ensure a place of warmth and empathy so you feel safe being vulnerable. This will also be your opportunity to ask questions about my approach and ensure that we're a good fit for helping you navigate your mental health journey.
