Great to meet you!

Are you legit lost on finding your "Why?" and/or sick of dysfunctional patterns that've become your norm? I'm "people first" with an undeniable passion to renew life and restore purpose in others; fueled by my firm belief that "No one can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending" (Marian Robinson).

I'm licensed in Florida and South Carolina as a mental health and addiction specialist that treats individuals/couples/families of all ages while specializing in teens/young adults with depression/mood instability, addiction issues, relationship & family conflicts, life transitions, trauma & abuse, and processing grief & loss.

My approach to therapy

My counseling and coaching approach is truly about identifying solutions for behavioral dysfunction and the "Why?" driving those patterns. I'm intentional about primarily developing rapport and working together to determine individual strengths that can be used to sustain long-term change and achieve individual goals.

What you can expect from me

I have over two decades of experience across four countries working with individuals of all ages at every level of care. I have extensive experience in various areas of concern, which coincide with my own personal journey to overcome both mental health and addiction issues. I treat every client like family and strive to offer each an open and safe environment where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I'll be here to support and empower you along your journey to a better tomorrow!
