Great to meet you!

Fit is everything: the person with whom you can find safety & trust when sharing the most delicate parts of your life.

My hope is, you can find healing - and better find yourself - if you value a casual & warm sort of therapist, a space where you can bring all your humanity, and none of it is wrong, a place to make sense or meaning of it all. Where laughing, crying, and feeling-deeply about the loss, joy, and absurdity of life is safe, is just human. If you value being real & someone being real with you, where both of us can offer sincerity, you & I may be able to find some meaning & healing together.

My approach to therapy

I offer disarming realness, an open, warm, and easygoing style. My hope is that you find someone that is present with you, sees you in how you are showing yourself, making space for you to safely see more & more of yourself. I invite folks to become more aware of their inner-world.

Being present being seen , helping you see yourself.

Self awareness.

What you can expect from me

I become so engrossed in human stories, and especially the deep, sad stories of loss; I think because they always showed me the intensity of love. I am offered the gift of hearing of folks’ love through their loss, their dreams through their failures, what matters most through their pain. It would be an honor to be present for your story.
