Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I help clients navigate intimacy, identity, and relationships with sensitivity and respect, always honoring your values, culture, and lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence based practice. I draw on proven therapeutic methods while tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and pace. In our sessions, I strive to balance gentle curiosity with clear guidance so you feel both heard and supported as you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, not just your struggles but also your strengths, values, and hopes for your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest without fear of judgment. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify meaningful goals, and develop a plan that fits you so therapy feels like a true partnership.
