While I have extensive experience working with late teens and young adults, I also love working with adults of all ages. I consider it an honor to help people navigate life's challenges. I strive to provide a warm, safe and comfortable space where clients can find the support they are seeking.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is integrated, since I tend to use a variety of counseling modalities tailored to individual client needs.. My practice draws heavily on client-centered therapy, and I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic techniques along with motivational interviewing, EMDR, and solution focused practices


With the use of compassion, relationship and skill-building, therapeutic techniques, and a bit of humor, I hope to help you on your healing journey.
