My approach to therapy

A prescriber with a collaborative approach to medication management and therapy. I ensure all clients are provided a thorough review of new or prescribed medication and how they work specifically for their symptoms. I also make sure to provide alternative solutions to medication treatment with a holistic approach. While implementing a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I do my best so clients can walk away with a sense of clarity, direction and confidence they may not have had before.

What you can expect from me

Whether it be a sense of relief, a different perspective, encouragement, hope or determination, I try to make sure every client leaves a session not only feeling empowered, and in control of their life but also with tools they can take with them moving forward. As your provider we will explore and discuss the best options to address your needs. Trust that you're closer to meeting your desired sense of self by investing this time into your own mental health.
