Great to meet you!

Hi! I have over a decade of experience working with teens, young adults, and families in school and counseling settings, which has given me a strong understanding of the challenges that come with growing, changing, and figuring out who you are.

My style is warm, personable, and down-to-earth. I don't believe therapy should feel intimidating or overly clinical. I want my clients to feel comfortable being honest, while also knowing that I'll be straightforward when something needs to be addressed. Whether you're going through a difficult season or simply want to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported, while also being challenged to make meaningful changes. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and solution-focused therapy depending on what fits your needs and goals.

We'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that may be getting in your way, and develop practical tools you can actually use outside of the therapy room. My goal isn't to help you become a "perfect" version of yourself. It's to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and manageable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you're hoping will change, and what you feel you need support with right now.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. I'll create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what's going on, and we'll begin identifying goals for our work together. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and like you've taken a meaningful first step toward feeling better.
