Great to meet you!

Hey! I am glad you're here. My name is Briana and I am a Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. Working predominantly with teens and young adults in a variety of settings.

My approach to therapy

I like to be creative. I like to use different forms of art to allow the client to express themselves using alternative mediums. Almost any form of art can be turned into a therapeutic mindfulness activity. I use a variety of different modalities and work with the client to tailor treatment to their specific needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will discuss what brought you into therapy and potential challenges that you are currently experiencing, and your social history. We will also discuss practice logistics and procedures to make sure that we are clear about scheduling, billing, frequency, etc.
