I am honored that you have chosen, or are considering me to be your counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have been licensed and in private practice since 2017. I have had the pleasure of working with diverse population and age group since 2007. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Criminology through Portland State University. I graduated with honors through Walden University with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in practice. I pull from various other theoretical orientations and modalities, including Trauma-Focused Care and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), based on the individual's needs in order to address a variety of therapeutic goals.
