Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Briana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and have spent over four years in the mental health field, primarily in community mental health settings. There, I worked with adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, which deepened my understanding that no two healing journeys are alike. In my private practice, I focus on helping adults, 18+, navigate anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on your unique goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your experiences and insights, and I bring evidence-based tools and strategies. Together, we explore what’s been getting in the way of your well-being and create a plan that feels realistic and empowering.

I utilize an eclectic approach to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop skills that foster lasting change. I also prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and supported, with practical tools to use right away. Together, we work toward building greater self-awareness, developing healthier ways to cope with challenges, and creating meaningful shifts in thinking and behavior. Over time, you'll often notice a stronger sense of resilience, more clarity in decision-making, and greater confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs.
