Great to meet you!

I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am independently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with both the military community and the civilian sector, gaining extensive experience in diverse therapeutic settings. I utilize a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am deeply committed to expanding my skills and staying at the forefront of the field by engaging in ongoing research and participating in clinical peer collaboration opportunities. What brings me the most fulfillment is hearing my clients’ stories, including their initial hesitations and the powerful testimonials about the positive impact they’ve experienced throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the transformative power of a collaborative treatment approach. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique mental health journeys, offering support, empathy, and guidance every step of the way.

I understand that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a gradual, organic journey, and I work with each individual to create a personalized plan that fits their needs and goals. Whether you're seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply need a space to process your thoughts and emotions, I am here to support you.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can explore your experiences together. It’s a privilege to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and work towards a healthier, more balanced life.

What you can expect from me

As a dedicated mental health clinician, I believe in the power of collaboration and the transformative nature of the therapeutic process. My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and a deep understanding that each individual’s mental health journey is unique. I work closely with clients to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, manage life’s challenges, and develop tools to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether you're dealing with stress, navigating a difficult life transition, or looking to understand yourself better, I am here to guide and support you.

With a compassionate and individualized approach, I honor the pace at which my clients work through their challenges. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, uncovering strengths and insights that empower you to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I am deeply committed to being a part of your mental health journey, and I view our work together as a partnership — one where trust, openness, and growth are key to achieving your therapeutic goals.
