Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are tired of surviving and ready to start living with intention. Whether you're navigating addiction, codependency, burnout, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you break old patterns and reconnect with who you are. As a person in long-term recovery, I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work. I earned my master's degree from Troy University and have served as an inpatient therapist, group facilitator, and clinical director, giving me experience supporting people at every stage of change. Clients describe me as warm, direct, and encouraging—and while I'll always meet you with compassion, I'll also challenge you to grow because I believe you're capable of more than just getting by.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and stretched. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck while building practical skills to create lasting change. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that your physical health, relationships, community, and sense of purpose all influence your well-being. Our sessions are where we uncover insight, but the real growth happens as you begin applying what you've learned in your everyday life. I'll help you leave each session with something to reflect on, practice, or notice because meaningful change is built between sessions, not just during them.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what's bringing you to therapy, and exploring what you hope will be different in your life. There's no pressure to have everything figured out—just come as you are. By the end of our session, we'll begin identifying goals and make sure you feel comfortable with our plan moving forward.
