Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. Most of the people I work with come in noticing something isn’t working, a pattern that keeps repeating, a relationship that feels stuck, or a version of themselves they’re trying to find their way back to.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. A lot of the work I do is helping people make sense of patterns that feel overwhelming or impossible to change alone, and building enough steadiness to actually try something different.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded, no pressure to have it all figured out. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Narrative Therapy, blending what fits for you rather than forcing a single method.

My goal is to create a space that feels steady and honest, where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and start building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel like a lot , you don’t have to come in with a plan, or even know exactly what to say. It’s completely normal for it to feel vulnerable or a little uncomfortable to start, and we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

We’ll begin by talking about what brought you here and what you’ve been carrying, even if it’s hard to put into words. I’ll ask questions along the way to better understand what’s been feeling stuck, what patterns keep showing up, and what’s underneath them, while keeping the conversation warm, collaborative, and approachable.

From there, we’ll start to identify a few initial goals that feel meaningful and doable, whether that’s gaining clarity about yourself, feeling more grounded in your emotions, or understanding the dynamics that keep playing out in your relationships.

My intention is to offer a steady, unhurried space where you can begin to make sense of your experience and feel more connected to yourself.

If you’re considering starting therapy, you don’t have to have it all figured out beforehand. You’re welcome to come as you are , we’ll take it from there, together.
