Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and older adults across diverse clinical settings, including community-based care, correctional mental health, and long-term care. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet each client where they are and provide individualized care based on their unique needs and goals. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem challenges, adjustment difficulties, and emotional regulation. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and you deserve a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, develop practical tools, gain greater self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.
