I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults navigating a range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges across diverse settings. My experience includes working with adolescents in community-based programs, school-based environments, and private practice, where I have supported clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, academic stress, and family or peer relationship difficulties. I understand the unique developmental needs of adolescents and strive to create a supportive, engaging space where they feel heard and understood.
In addition, I have worked extensively with adults in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, as well as in private practice. This has equipped me to support individuals facing acute mental health concerns, life transitions, chronic stress, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges. I am comfortable working with clients in varying stages of readiness for change, from those who may feel uncertain or overwhelmed to those actively seeking growth and healing.
My approach is well-suited for clients who value a collaborative, empathetic, and goal-oriented therapeutic relationship. I aim to meet clients where they are, helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
