Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions while building practical skills to improve your daily life.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and other everyday struggles that can impact overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to your individual needs.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and DBT-informed interventions, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen healthy coping skills, and move toward lasting change. I believe that healing happens by recognizing your strengths, embracing growth, and taking intentional steps toward the life you want to live.

At Sound Mind Holistic Services, I am committed to supporting the whole person. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and hope. Together, we can work toward greater emotional wellness, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll identify goals for treatment and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free, with the goal of helping you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered from the very beginning.
