Great to meet you!

I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy. Every individual is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or a Personality Disorder, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from UTSA, and am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT). Other counseling modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and empathetic environment where your voice is heard. Together, we will work towards understanding your concerns, identifying your strengths, and developing skills through Evidence-based skill building.

Taking the first step towards seeking help can be daunting, but it is a courageous and important decision. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
