Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Brie! I have a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and have been practicing for over 5 years. I specialize in perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is highly dependent on what you are here for, but I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing, solution focused, and internal family systems based.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a lot of getting to know each other and information gathering. From there, we'll discuss what your goals are for therapy and start diving in to addressing current obstacles to those goals. I am a big believer in "meeting you where you are at", but am not afraid to challenge the client who may need a little nudge if we aren't getting anywhere.
