Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I completed my advanced training in psychiatry and bring both medical and therapeutic expertise to support clients across the lifespan. My professional background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to empower each person to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and achieve lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and holistic. I believe mental health treatment works best when it integrates biological, psychological, and social perspectives. This means I combine medication management (when appropriate) with therapeutic strategies, coping skills, and lifestyle supports to help clients achieve balance.

I value open communication and shared decision-making. Clients are active partners in their care, and I work with them to develop treatment plans that reflect their goals, strengths, and values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get to know one another and lay the foundation for your care. I will take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. We will discuss your symptoms, past treatments, and personal strengths.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of potential treatment options and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, validated, and confident that you have a partner in your mental health journey.
