Great to meet you!

I hold a degree in Philosophy from Texas A&M and Professional Counseling from Amberton University (summa cum laude). I have experience working at a Christian private practice, where I focused on trauma work. More recently I have spent the last 4 years at a Family and Child Practice focusing on healing, especially as it pertains to anxiety and relationships.

My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space, using talk therapy to empower you on your journey to healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in teens, family, parenting, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, OCD and marriage therapy. I'm a Christian and I thrive in serving other believers. However, people of all faiths (or no faith) are welcome and loved in my practice . I love helping adults work through anxiety, family issues and feeling stuck! I like to take a solution-focused approach while pacing our sessions to allow for emotion-processing and revisiting trauma as needed.

What you can expect from me

Encouragement. Clarity. Motivation. Healing. Grace. Freedom. Comfort. Understanding. Wisdom. Tools. A Plan to Move Forward. The Love of God.
