Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, OCD, substance use challenges, chronic health concerns, or difficult life experiences begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily functioning. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, OCD, substance use concerns, chronic illness, depression, panic disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, women's issues, stress management challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy looking for practical tools, emotional support, and a space where they can feel understood without judgment. Together, we'll explore the challenges that brought you here, identify strengths you may not fully recognize, and develop strategies that support healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth. My goal is to help you create lasting change and build a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support meaningful and sustainable change. I believe therapy should provide both insight and practical skills that can improve your day-to-day life. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Modification, and Person-Centered Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique experiences and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, OCD, depression, panic symptoms, substance use concerns, chronic illness adjustment, emotional regulation, stress management, LGBTQIA+ experiences, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, reduce distress, improve emotional resilience, and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling supported as you work toward meaningful change. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier coping skills, increased self-awareness, stronger resilience, and a greater sense of control in your life. My goal is to help you feel more capable of navigating challenges, creating positive change, and building a future that feels aligned with your values and goals.
