Great to meet you!

You ever had plan A and B not work out? You took all the necessary steps, did everything the "right way" and somehow it still didn't work in your favor and now you don't know what to do next? I may be able to assist with moving forward. I work with adults experiencing depression, grief, and adjustment disorders—helping them find clarity, resilience, and hope when it feels hardest to do so. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, process loss, and build the tools you need to adapt to change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and respect for your unique journey. Whether you’re navigating a recent loss, a major life transition, or a period of emotional overwhelm, I’m here to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a judgment-free, collaborative space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and start making sense of what you're going through. Using evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, I can help you build emotional tools, self-understanding, and the confidence to move forward.
