Great to meet you!

My name is Brianna Cordova, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about helping teens, young adults, and mothers navigate the many transitions and challenges that life can bring. I have a particular passion for supporting mothers experiencing postpartum changes, adjusting to changes in their health, and finding their sense of self during significant life transitions.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you recognize your strengths, feel empowered, and develop the tools needed to move forward. Together, we can explore negative thinking patterns, build healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

What makes my approach unique is my belief in the connection between the mind and body. Mental health does not exist separately from physical health, and I believe incorporating movement and exercise when appropriate can be a powerful part of supporting both. I strive to look at the whole person rather than simply focusing on a diagnosis or a single concern.

I am passionate about this work because mental health impacts every area of our lives—our relationships, physical health, confidence, work, parenting, and our ability to enjoy life. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and feel empowered to create the life you want.

What you can expect from me

When we first begin working together, you can expect our initial sessions to focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe feeling comfortable, understood, and supported is an important foundation for meaningful therapy. From there, we will work together to identify your goals and develop an approach that feels both practical and personalized to you.
