Great to meet you!

Throughout the years, I’ve worked extensively with children and their families in a variety of settings with different abilities. I started work in schools, job sites and group homes, which lead to a more clinical background.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

I studied rehabilitation psychology and human development and family studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and then went on to receive my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Edgewood College.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients and their families, tailoring my therapeutic approach to your unique strengths and struggles. I use a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to trauma-informed care to best fit each client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my goal is to both check in with what you're intentions are in treatment - along with gathering a good amount of information and background to assure we have everything we need to move forward in treatment. We'll also discuss your goals - what you hope to gain on this journey and how we're able to get there.
