Great to meet you!

I'm Brianna, LCSW, and welcome! I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, substance use/recovery, or relationship issues. I have worked in a variety of settings and enjoy connecting with individuals at every stage of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize trauma-informed therapies, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, at your pace, and walk with you toward your goals with a personalized approach.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect honest, transparent feedback that is low pressure but thought provoking. My goal is to create a welcoming environment, despite the physical distance of telehealth. I understand that life can get hectic, and I’m here to provide therapy that’s accessible, especially if you face barriers to in-person sessions.

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and address any questions you may have. If you choose to move forward, you can expect weekly sessions focused on working toward your goals while also holding space for you to process whatever arises along the way.
