I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in NY and FL with experience in supporting a diverse group of clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, family conflict, life transitions, relationship issues, and identity concerns.
My goal in providing therapy is to create a safe space for clients to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. I have a passion for destigmatizing and decolonizing mental health treatment, as I believe all people can benefit from an empathic, collaborative, and genuine therapeutic relationship.
First session we will work on building a therapeutic relationship that creates safety that encourages risk taking. We will assess goals and hopes for therapy, while getting to know each other's style of communicating. We will focus on patterns of relating and if these are no longer serving you.
