Great to meet you!

In 2017, I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling training at Christian Theological Seminary (CTS) in Indianapolis, IN, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Later in 2022, I earned a Doctor of Ministry in Practical Theology with a focus on Pastoral Care at CTS. My trainings focused on psychodynamic theories and techniques in working with individuals.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation is eclectic; I draw on various therapies and techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I especially enjoy working with clients who have concerns in the areas of faith, grief, self-esteem/self-worth, intimacy, and relationships. I have experienced success in serving such individuals over the past years.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin with introductions and then dive into your specific challenges and concerns. We will discuss mental health diagnoses, forming a treatment plan/goals together. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable and safe as we begin the therapeutic relationship; this may involve explaining the therapy process in more detail and answering your questions. Know that you will receive tailored care.
