With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) models, I am equipped to help you navigate through various challenges and achieve meaningful change. Focus/Experience: I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
