Great to meet you!

I have my Bachelor's degree in Sociology and obtained my MSW from Regis College in 2021. After graduating my MSW program I began working for community mental health agencies working with all ages in the office, school, virtual and home settings. I currently work with older adolescents and young adults catering to needs around OCD, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, disordered eating, executive functioning deficits, relationships challenges or life transitions, I believe you deserve a place where your experiences are heard, respected and understood. Together in sessions, we will collaborate to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you want while identifying strengths, values and capacity for growth. I prioritize building a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

I understand that every persons experiences and needs for therapy are different, our initial session will include a general assessment of your history and current presenting concerns and exploring goals. I prioritize building therapeutic rapport and always meet the client where they are at to assist them with feeling comfortable in the space.
