My background includes working in behavioral health, addiction and acute psychiatry. My clinical experience is with adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, adjustment issues, relational complications and suicidal ideation.
My therapeutic approach is dependent on each client’s needs. I integrate the use of many different evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.
