Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brianna! I’m a therapist with nearly five years of experience, and I truly love the work I do. I studied at SUNY Plattsburgh and Fordham University, where I built a strong foundation in supporting people through a wide range of life experiences.

I specialize in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges, among other concerns. I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I bring warmth, empathy, and authenticity into the room, and I also believe there’s real value in laughter.

What you can expect from me

I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you in making sense of what you’re going through and moving towards the life you want. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and supported.
