I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps clients understand how their past experiences can shape the way they feel, think, and relate to themselves and others. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on getting beneath the surface of symptoms. Together, we can explore attachment patterns, childhood wounds, and experiences that may still be influencing your relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, and emotional responses today. I believe healing often begins with understanding where these patterns came from and developing new, healthier ways of responding.
I am EMDR certified and incorporate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches based on each client’s needs and goals. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to work through difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about simply managing symptoms it can be an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal from the past, and create meaningful change in your life.
