I am a counselor specializing in trauma and first responder populations, I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, emotional balance, and healthier relationships. My primary therapeutic approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a focus on developing skills in crisis intervention, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
