Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, from National University, and I have been practicing for about four years. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging moments, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds on issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and much more. My experience also includes helping clients recover from affairs as well as life transitions.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I aim to provide tailored care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Understanding that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and methods to support patients on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

I bring a genuine and authentic approach to my therapy sessions in which I walk alongside my clients in their journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can anticipate a safe, supportive space to explore their concerns, gain valuable insights into their thoughts and behaviors, develop coping mechanisms, and work collaboratively to achieve their personal goals, all while feeling heard and understood throughout the process
