I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent the last four years practicing in outpatient mental health. I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida (go Bulls!). During my time providing mental health care, I have supported clients in developing skills to manage depression, anxiety and heal from past trauma so that they can strengthen their interpersonal relationships and improve their quality of life. I am experienced in providing care for members of the LGBTQ+ community, and create a welcoming space for all to grow on their therapeutic journeys.
I firmly believe that therapy is a process that should be grounded in collaboration. I aim to make my clients feel safe, respected and empowered during our work together. I hold space for my clients to process their emotions while also challenging them to grow.
In our first session together, you will have the opportunity to share your story with me and your goals for therapy. Each time that we meet for following sessions, you will be provided with the space to express yourself and walk the path of self-discovery in an environment that celebrates your authenticity.
