Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist can feel deeply personal—and even vulnerable. Opening up to someone new means being seen before you know if it’s safe. That uncertainty alone can feel heavy. You don’t have to have all the answers—just a willingness to take the first step. I help clients develop clarity and confidence—both in understanding their emotional experiences and in trusting their ability to create meaningful change. I strive to create a space that is safe, supportive, and validating, while also being genuine and relatable. I believe therapy works best when conversations feel honest, collaborative, and respectful, and when you feel comfortable being yourself. I’m empathetic and patient, and my sense of humor helps us connect, even when the work feels heavy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also work with creative individuals and understand the unique pressures of a life in the arts; My goal is to create a space where your creativity is understood, valued, and supported—not pathologized. My approach is integrative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from somatic mind–body techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and skills-focused work on self-esteem and communication. I strongly believe in empowering clients through psychoeducation and helping them develop a clearer understanding of their mental health, so therapy feels collaborative, practical, and meaningful.
