Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist is a uniquely intimate and vulnerable experience; No matter where you may be on your mental health journey, congratulations on taking this essential step towards reclaiming the peace and joy you deserve. My name is Brianna and I am an LCSW here in NJ. I work best with individuals who are highly motivated to pursue positive change; You don't need to know how or where to start, only that you're ready for the journey to begin!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach each session as an opportunity to help you find clarity and confidence- in your goals, in your emotional experience, and in your own ability to create meaningful change in your life. I take pride in creating a safe and validating environment. We will take our time building trust and understanding, which will allow me to best utilize clinical psychotherapy approaches to fit your individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you will leave our first session feeling understood and empowered. We will work collaboratively in sessions to identify your goals and, over time, develop coping skills to improve quality of life.
