Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who aims to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes that align with your unique and individual value system. I believe growth happens when we're willing to examine difficult experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and take intentional steps toward change. I strive to help clients leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and actionable tools they can apply in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach can be described as solution-oriented, direct/challenging, and empowering. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and build practical strategies that promote resilience and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be spent getting to know one another and building a safe and comfortable therapeutic space. You'll have time to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Collaboratively, we will identify some treatment goals and develop a (very flexible and ever changing!) plan for future sessions.
