Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always go how we plan or expect. Over the last 9 years I have been working with adolescents, teens, college students, adults and athletes in areas of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions and much more. I believe people who struggle with anxiety and depression can thrive when they have a safe place to process their feelings. Being present on your path, growing toward your goals and healing any past or present hurt can help you be the very best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe the client drives our conversation and determines which areas to work through. My go to counseling theories are Person Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Counseling. I offer sliding scale appointments through Open Path Collective as well as a free 15 min Consultation.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable to share and work through their struggles, I want to empower the client to decide if goals setting, learning tools/skills, or simply a place to share their story is the best was to address their concerns. I am happy to assist with any and all of these interventions that best fit for each individuals situation.
