My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in reverence for you and the power of your story. We’ll utilize curiosity, practical suggestions, and fearless self-awareness to build self-attunement and tangible change.
With a strong foundation in community mental health and trauma-informed care, I've worked across multiple settings including partial hospitalization programs, schools, and therapy clinics. I have treated OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB) at Rogers Behavioral Health since 2022.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals and relationships navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions - particulary within the queer and ethical non-monogamy (ENM) communities. I specialize in treating sexual and other taboo forms of OCD, as well as exploring the intersection of OCD with marginalized identities. Together, we work to manage and move through anxiety so you can meet yourself on the other side with greater clarity.
For deeper insight into your true wants and needs and summoning the courage to create a life grounded in freedom, joy, and meaningful connection.
My work is grounded in research and lived experience, as well as evidence-based and emerging approaches. Based on your needs, I may utlilize Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into the sessions as needed.
I strive to create a space where your unique experience can be explored with deep curiosity, empowerment, and a bit of humor. Together, we’ll dive into self-inquiry, build meaningful connections, and tap into your innate capacity for growth, action, and hope.
