Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Brianna! I have five years of experience providing therapy services to children, teens and their families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about providing access to quality mental health services in rural communities and providing a safe and welcoming space for clients to heal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Because we all have our own unique needs, I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I meet clients where they are, collaborating as partners in the therapy process to build safety, trust and to support them in reaching their goals. I provide trauma-informed care and primarily utilize play therapy interventions. I am a Registered Play TherapistTM, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and currently working towards AutPlay certification.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create an environment for my clients where they feel safe to express themselves, gain a sense of control over their world, and explore their internal and external strengths. My hope is that my clients leave the office feeling empowered, heard and like they matter.
