Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Brianna Winn, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Whether you are new to therapy or have been to therapy before, I am so glad you are here. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University in 2023 and have been working as a therapist for three years.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, post-partum symptoms, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also love working with adolescents and young adults trying to navigate life challenges.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership--we will work together to better understand your experiences, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a welcoming, comfortable space where you are encouraged to be fully yourself. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and free to share openly without judgment or pressure.

I approach therapy with curiosity and genuine interest in your story. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and the goals you would like to work on. I believe meaningful change starts with truly understanding where you've been and what matters most to you.

While I am compassionate and supportive, I may gently challenge you at times to help you gain insight, build awareness, and move closer to the growth you are seeking. Together we will begin identifying patterns, strengths, and practical steps that align with your goals.
